Eta Prime (2006)
I recently left an internal role of 11 years and am now returning to my own external consulting practice. My background and interests include:
• Organization design including alignment of strategy, structure, and process
• Design and implementation of large-scale cultural change and alignment programs
• Leading processes that enable people to access creativity, intuition, and collective intelligence
• Development and delivery of leadership training programs
• Design and facilitation of strategic planning process and executive retreats
• Personal effectiveness and executive coaching
• Leading a team of organization development and training professionals
• Development of strategic consulting skills in human resource professionals and project managers

I am in the process of melding more traditional OD skills and with my interests in intuition and subtle energy. I see a project, department, or organization is a human system with an intelligence all its own, a field of knowing, that goes beyond yet also speaks through the people within the system. I blend tried and true approaches for facilitation, strategic planning, organization design, and change leadership with alternative ways of knowing (such as the theories of emergence and quantum physics, group meditation, and sacred geometry) in order to best inform and support the health and growth of human systems. This is cutting edge for me and a bit scary to build my practice around these new ideas.
