In this session, we’ll walk through tools, practices, and case studies from GitHub, Google, and Regroup about how to build a data-driven culture of team effectiveness. Together, we’ll share and explore models and tools you can apply in your client work including:
  • Regroup’s TeamUp Model
  • GitHub’s Team Effectiveness Model (anchored against Amy Edmondson’s work on psychological safety and Westrum’s work on generative culture)
  • GitHub’s ‘Mini Summit in a Box’ program
