Change Management is a subset of OD! MSODers can use our skills, regardless of the job title, to create human experiences and elevate the field of CM. If seeking out positions as Organization Change Managers, participants may learn strategies to ensure their change management experience and expertise is evident in resumes and in the interview process. Perhaps more importantly, how we can bring OD to CM, a field many seem to be moving into without the OD background to help clients in areas they are not yet aware they could really use it. Come join us in the conversation.
