Our reliance on change management tools and methodologies are outdated and limiting; they are also ineffective, leading to widespread change fatigue. We must stop colluding with the commercialisation of these tools to ask ourselves what is really needed here.
In this session, we challenge the notion that change is predictable and linear; it is anything but! We’ll talk about 3 types of change and take a deep dive into transformational change - a type of change that fundamentally challenges the identity and values of an organisation. Enabling and sustaining transformational change takes a completely different mindset, approach, and set of skills – one where no single certification or methodology can be a silver bullet.
