This workshop will cover how far contemporary research on toxic leadership takes us and where it stops. Attendees will better understand the systems that enable, support, and even create toxic leadership. In addition, attendees will learn to analyze these situations as a system using the Toxic Triangle framework and a nuanced definition of toxic leadership. Finally, attendees will leave with ideas of how to make progress on this issue in their own context.
