To share our journey as OD practitioners and provide an opportunity for others to reflect on their own journey into racial awareness

  • Explore self as instrument as it relates to racial awareness both personally and professionally
  • Share useful tools to support ongoing self-exploration
  • Connect to other practitioners about your racial journey

Please join us if you are:
  • Interested in examining your level of racial awareness in your personal and professional life, and how self-development in this area can impact your work as a changemaker
  • Appreciating the importance of this work in OD
  • Curious to learn with an open mind and open heart and open to sharing your own experiences with racial awareness and differences
  • Seeking further reflective resources and connections
  • Having support as you reflect on racial differences and equity
