Video Recording of SessionWhat does Community mean to MSOD? In October, members of our community began the conversation with Peter Block around co-creating the community we want for ourselves. Building on Block’s Structure of Belonging, we will explore a holistic view of how we contribute to our community and impact the world.
Diving deeper into conversations of Possibility, Dissent, and Commitment, this session will pave the way for a future that honors all our gifts.
The MSOD Contributions Committee will guide us through accountability and generosity where:
• Diversity of thinking and dissent are given space,
• Commitments are made without barter, and
• The gifts of each person in our community are acknowledged and valued.
What is required of you?
• To commit to the time, engage with others, and be willing to postpone quick action.
