How do you create a winning strategy in today’s VUCA world?  Scenario Planning is a structured process to create multiple Future Worlds based on today’s clues.  These Futures are analyzed to explore implications and options to take today that will prepare your organization for multiple Futures.   In this session we’ll review the process to create scenarios.  Then we’ll work with 4 Scenarios and their implications for our work in Organization Development.
