In early 2020 Covid struck, and it became impossible to deliver face-to-face leadership development programs. In July, we were invited to partner with a Fortune 50 client to redesign their VP program to operate on a 100% virtual basis. Like many other colleagues, we experimented and learned a lot on the fly. In this session, we will share feedback received and work together to surface key learnings. Participants will broaden their understanding of the benefits of virtual learning and when to use it.
