I believe that when our organizations are at their best, they create environments that foster individual leadership and growth. I am passionate about developing these organizations and the individuals that lead and support them. Since graduating (and living through some pretty tumultuous years) I have expanded my interest in organizations as social actors and the role they place in the course of our collective future. I currently work as a Senior Manager of Organization Development at Uber Technologies, where I am focused on global culture change work. I live and play in the San Francisco Bay Area.
