This year, continuously learning, we lean into the headwinds, and explore three core pillars of practice:
Self - What does OD mean to me now - and what is my personal calling within this diverse field of practice?
Systems - How does OD serve our organizations/client systems? Where have we/it succeeded in this service? Where has it/we fallen short, played small, or perhaps even colluded?
World - What’s the larger field of possibility? What do we and our practice have to offer our communities, society, global challenges? And what does that require of us – individually and collectively as MSODer’s?
You are about to experience a multi-dimensional experience of learning and connection, and we invite you to participate in sessions led by distinguished keynote speakers, our esteemed faculty, and generous members of our alumni community. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a more intimate experience with your Learning Circle, which will carry through the conference with you.
In MSOD, we know better than most the power of community, so please use this time to maximize connection with the MSOD community, and to co-create a beautiful experience together!
