Molly Brown Pickett is an OD Nerd, middle manager, mom of three and has spent the past ten years working in Learning & Development at The Walt Disney Company, LinkedIn and Facebook. She currently works as the Head of Individual Contributor and Manager Learning Experiences at Facebook.
