Dr. Ewing is a talent developer and organizational change leader with expertise in culture transformation, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion as well as performance excellence. He facilitates strengths-based organizational change and his work proves that measurable strategies, evidence-based research, and a skilled workforce positively impact an organization’s success.
For over 20 years, Tim has built a wealth of experience. As a graduate faculty member, he taught business management, organization development and leadership courses at multiple universities. His consultancy BreakThrough Dynamics International, LLC, guided large organizations – including Abbott Laboratories, Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company and Novartis, among many others – to strategically plan and achieve their performance goals. He was the Chief Learning and Inclusion Officer at Baystate Health, where he led the culture transformation and at Brigham Health as the Vice President, Employee Diversity, Inclusion and Experience. Tim is currently the Vice President, People and Organization Development at Mass General Brigham Integrated Healthcare System, the largest private employer in Massachusetts.
Dr. Ewing earned his doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He holds a Master of International and Intercultural Management degree from the School for International Training and began his academic career at Denison University, where he is currently a Trustee.
